Warranty

Full Warranty NO HASSLE!!!

We offer 1 year warranty on all HID products only unless otherwise stated on description. Replacement bulbs and ballast will have 1 Year Warranty with us. Discoloration is not cover under warranty.  All LED products and headlamp and tail lights have a 90days warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Warranty is valid under normal use and any physical damages to product will void warranty. We are not responsible for any charges and fee for installing and removing our products. Any physical damages done during installation will void warranty.  Must provide us with a valid sale receipt or invoice (NO EXCEPTION). Contact us with a description of the problem and we will be happy to assist. Each product listing description will have warranty information stated.  Please contact us if you're unsure about our policies before purchase.

Return

We offer a 30days Exchange/Return on our kits & products. Item MUST be in original condition and have never been used NO EXCEPTION. 25% Re-stocking fee apply on all returned items. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a RMA# before sending back any itme. We will ship your replacement once we receive your returned item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any other charges by the courier company. This includes warranty claims. In an even that item arrive damaged, customer is responsible to contact us within 24hours to report problem.  We're not responsible for any physical damaged done to item or customer vehicle during and after installation. S/h fees are not refundable NO Exception.

Warranty

HIDonlinestore.com offers a 30 day exchange policy for all defective products. For moisture or water leak inside the Head Lamps or Tail Lamps, Please double check that all blub sockets are correctly plugged in and as well as the seal around the housing. This problem can be repaired simply by reheating the seals with a heat gun or applying a new layer of silicon sealant around the edges of the housing.

If the buyer decides to return any part of the ordered item, he or she must contact the place of purchase. If you are a distributor, please contact HIDonlinestore.com, and on approval, you will receive a return authorization code. This RMA# must be legible on the outside of the packages being returned. RMA# are valid for 10 days, please return item ASAP.

There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Items will be inspected, if it does not meet the criteria, the buyer must accept any incurred costs. All returns shipping must be prepaid. Any returns by COD or without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the buyer at his or her own expense. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. HIDonlinestore.com nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment.

We offer free shipping on most orders to all domestic customers. Our Free Shipping items will include shipping to the following: PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, PO, APO, FPO Box.  International customer shipping rate are varies depend on product and destination.  International shipment may have tax, duties, & other fees that's not included in the shipping rate.  We clearly remark FREE SHIPPING for any item that qualify for FREE SHIPPING in the product description page. 

HID Kit, HID bulbs, HID ballast are tested before ship out.

Most orders usually ship same business day if received by 2pm PST.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact the buyer and inform the status.  Some items need 24-48hours to be ship.  Currently HID Conversion Kits, HID Bulbs Replacement, HID ballast, and LED Light bulbs, LED Strips, BMW Angel Eyes LED, BMW License Plate LED qualify for Same Day Shipping if order by 2p.m pst.

We use USPS (2-3 days delivery within U.S.) DHL, UPS, Fedex to deliver the product to you.
