Bi-Xenon 9004/9007 bulbs December 30, 2011

First off, great customer service. Julie/Julia really went out of her way to help me. Super fast shipping. However, the Bi-xenon bulbs are a bit tricky. They are magnetic and change position to go from low to high beam. The ceramic rod was misligned and I had issues with getting the high beams to work. Ended up breaking one of the ceramic rods, lost high beams, Julie sent me out a replacement asap. Still working on fine tuning, they are in a 96 maxima. Relay kit is a must with older cars. Stock wires are too small to handle the initial load. Anyways, big ups to customer care, product seems decent quality compared to others I have dealt with in the recent past. I highly recommend HIDonline. I will be ordering from them for my genesis coupe. No one seems to be able to get white HID for me, 6000K or 5000K. Im sure HIDonline will.
